Health behavior modification contract
One way to work on behavior change is through a behavior contract. A behavior contract in this context will be an agreement between you and the TranscenDance team that will set limits for behavior, reward good choices, and outline consequences for unhealthy choices. This type of program sends a clear message that "This health behavior needs to be changed."
